User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a 540 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated software or methods to access, scrape, or interfere with the platform
  • Sharing your account or allowing third parties to access it
  • Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any vulnerabilities in the gaming system
  • Providing false information during registration or identity verification
  • Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law
  • Distributing malware or compromising the security of 540's systems

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and 540 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending an internal investigation.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions

Payment Methods in Malaysian Ringgit

All transactions on the 540 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support the local payment methods most commonly used by Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go, FPX, and internet banking from major banks such as Maybank and CIMB.

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to security checks and verification. 540 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding the set limits. This is a standard safeguard to protect the financial security of our users.

  • All amounts are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR)
  • Deposits are processed instantly or within the timeframe specified by the payment method
  • Withdrawals require valid identity verification
  • 540 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks
  • Any fraudulent activity or money laundering attempts will be reported to the relevant authorities

In the event of any dispute relating to a transaction, users must contact the 540 support team within 30 days from the date of the transaction in question.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 540 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or business disruption. 540's total liability shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

All content on the 540 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, code, and software — is the exclusive property of 540 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from 540.

Account Suspension & Closure

540 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach may not be entitled to recover any remaining credits or bonuses.

Third-Party Links

The 540 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 540 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Right to Amend Terms

540 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiations fail, the dispute will be settled through mutually agreed arbitration procedures.
